SUPPLIER QUALITY & AUDIT MANAGEMENT · FOOD AND AGRICULTURE
See supplier quality in one panel. Measure the tracking load, then cut it.
Your suppliers' quality status, certificate validity and audit history on a single screen. The hours your quality team spends on tracking and audit preparation get measured first, then reduced — with your own data, not a promise.
What the panel holds
Supplier register
Certificate scope and validity date
Internal quality audits and findings
Last audit date and audit history
A separate view for each unit of the brand owner
These five are live today. Nowhere on this page is a feature that has not shipped described as a capability.
IS THIS YOU
If three of six apply, let's talk.
Quality records are spread across several people, folders or sites.
Documents and audits are renewed again and again through the year.
Your customer asks for certificates, analysis reports or supplier audit records.
Quality and procurement keep separate lists for the same suppliers.
You prepare the same document over again for different customers.
A quality manager can own the process and a director can back the pilot.
Typical starting scale
30–300 active suppliers · 2–10 sites or external production points · a quality team of 2–8
These are guidance, not requirements. A smaller operation with a heavy audit load can fit just as well — we measure together first.
WHERE THE TIME GOES
Scattered records slow you down. We measure that.
We promise no percentages. We write down what will be measured instead; in the pilot the before-and-after comparison runs on these indicators.
Today — where supplier information lives
Six places, one question: “is this supplier's certificate still valid?”
In the panel — one supplier record
Supplier · Record
Documents and validity dates
Last audit date and history
Open findings and their owner
Tier and contact details
One place, the same question — and the time to the answer can be measured.
Hunting for a document
Asking for the same document again, then requesting a fresh one when it cannot be found.
We measure: time to find a document
Certificates running out
Dates sit in separate lists; an expiry is usually noticed late.
We measure: expiries noticed late
Audit preparation
The evidence pack is assembled from scratch before every audit.
We measure: staff hours spent preparing
Two separate lists
Quality and procurement work from different information about the same supplier.
We measure: supplier assessment cycle time
Finding follow-up and management reporting draw on the same record; we confirm what those two cover today together in the demo.
WHO USES IT, WHO DECIDES
Four roles, four different questions.
Quality Assurance / Food Safety Manager
“A customer audit is coming. Whose document is missing, whose certificate expires this month?”
Measures: audit preparation hours, tracking time per supplier.
Procurement / Supply Chain Manager
“A new supplier decision is waiting on quality approval. What exactly is missing?”
Measures: supplier assessment time, waiting time for missing information.
Operations Director / General Manager
“Supplier count is growing, the quality team is not. How far does this stretch?”
Measures: staff hours released, supplier coverage under tracking.
Internal / Quality Auditor
“Where do I find the evidence, and can I see who entered the record?”
Measures: time to find evidence, time to prepare a report.
Finance and IT ask for different evidence
Finance wants released capacity shown separately from realised cash savings. IT asks where the data sits, who can reach it and how it comes out again. We prepare for both separately — before the pilot.
The supplier's quality contact
They do not buy the subscription, but they decide whether it works. What they need is plain: stop asking for the same document twice, make the request clear, make uploading easy. The access a supplier is given is shown in the demo.
EVIDENCE STATUS
There are published examples in this field.
Wide supplier network, small quality team
At a food group with more than 700 suppliers across nine sites, a marked rise in the administrative efficiency of supplier management was reported, and audit preparation fell from over a month to a few days.
Bringing scattered records together
At a food manufacturer, audit preparation was reported to speed up and logging a single site record to fall from 20 minutes to a matter of seconds.
Time in audit preparation
In a user study of 150 users, most reported a reduction in external audit preparation time in the low double digits.
THE 8-WEEK PILOT
Produce your own number in eight weeks.
One brand or business unit, 20–30 active suppliers, a limited document set and one audit evidence pack. We measure today's load first, then run the same work through the panel and compare.
WEEK 1–2
Measure today
Current workload, document coverage and preparation times. A task list to compare against comes out of it.
WEEK 3
Set up and settle in
Supplier, certificate and audit records become usable; the team gets used to the panel.
WEEK 4–7
Run the real work
Daily work goes through the new process. Old and new times are compared on the same scope.
WEEK 8
Decide
Result and total cost are weighed together. You keep an efficiency report that is yours.
What the pilot measures
The thresholds below are success criteria — not a result already achieved, and not a guarantee given to you. The pilot exists to test them.
Administrative time per supplier
At least 15% lower
Audit evidence pack preparation
At least 20% lower
Data coverage
At least 95% of records complete
As visibility improves, the first period may surface more missing documents, not fewer. We do not read that as quality getting worse; we read it as what was already there becoming visible.
THE QR ON THE PRODUCT
The consumer touches the same record.
On a food or agricultural product the QR keeps working after the shelf. The consumer verifies the product; in return you receive data and feedback. This is not the main reason to buy Quality — it is a layer on top of the record you already keep.
Data and complaints
LIVEWhich product, which lot, scanned where. The consumer reports a problem straight from the QR; the complaint attaches to the lot and its supplier, and becomes an input to the internal quality audit.
Campaigns
ROADMAPProduct recommendations and repeat-purchase campaigns. Not live yet; it will be added to this page once it ships.
SCOPE CLARITY
What we do not promise is written down too.
For a quality buyer, an unclear scope costs more than a missing feature. So we put the line on the page.
Live today
Supplier register and tier map

One more distinction
A document having been uploaded is not the same as it having been checked for validity and accuracy. Record integrity, the authenticity of the document, the physical quality of the product and the auditor's professional judgement are four separate levels of evidence. In the demo we show one by one which of them the panel verifies, and how.
In the first call we don't ask for numbers, we produce them.
How many suppliers do you track, where do the documents live today, and how many people spent how many hours before the last audit. The answers to those three become the pilot's baseline.
