• Professional Information: (In Farmer, Merchant, Exporter, etc. registrations) Production information, business records.

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Carrying out membership procedures for the Geopedi traceability system.

• Tracking geographical indication products and recording them on the blockchain infrastructure.

• Conducting communication activities and sending newsletters.

• Fulfilling legal obligations (TÜBİTAK project reporting, Law No. 5651, etc.).

Transfer of Personal Data Your personal data may be transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations (e.g., in case of a legal request), our business partners (technical infrastructure providers), and related stakeholders in the system, limited to ensuring transparency as required by the nature of the project, within the framework of the conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.

Your Rights In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is being processed, to request correction, to request deletion, and to demand compensation for damages in case of unlawful processing.
